VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS WANTED

Can you help?

We need your help! This year, our ambitious goal is to raise funds to upgrade the school hall and audiovisual equipment. This means we need the school community to get involved and volunteer some of their time. The more volunteers we have, the better our Fete can be!

Some of the roles we need to fill:

Help with setting up or packing down the Fete site or stalls
Equipment pick up and delivery
Operate a stall for an hour or two on the day
Entertainment stage hand and runners
Sell ride bands or raffle tickets.

Please add your name to the volunteer sign up page if you can spare some time. Any time you can spend is greatly appreciated.

Donations wanted

Donations of items for sale from the school or local community help to keep Fete costs down and raise more money towards our goal to upgrade the school hall.

Items to sell at our secondhand stall

Please make sure items are in good condition, in working order, washed and cleaned. No damaged or broken items please.

Kids clothes, size 1 - 16, including school uniforms (in good condition, not faded, damaged, stained or soiled), shoes, hats and bags.
Toys, including small soft toys, games, and puzzles (in good condition, unbroken, clean). Battery-operated toys must work.
Small sporting and outdoor equipment (i.e. balls, bats).

Items for the plant stall

Plants, pots, seeds
Plant related equipment
Interesting or unique teapots, cups, or crockery to use as planters
Empty boxes and bags

Other items

Grocery/shopping bags
Coat hangers
Chocolate bars - 200 gram blocks, any flavour; expiry date 31 October 2024 or later.
Packs of bottled water (600ml each)
Packs of canned soft drinks. Expiry date 31 December 2024 or later.

Equipment on loan

Do you have any sturdy equipment you can lend us for the day? i.e. catering equipment, eskies, marquees, trestle tables, outdoor mats, tarps, clothes hanging racks, coffee tables, and chairs. Get in touch with us!
